Striking Absence of Boar, A

General Quest

This little hobbit is hungry, but is having trouble getting the boar he craves in Evendim. Will you help him find some?

STEPS:

1) Spend time looking for boars in Evendim. NOTE: after you accept this quest, a 30 minute timer begins. You can not bother trying to look for Boars around the area, because there just aren't any. In fact, Parr won't ever know the difference, so you can do what you want for 30 minutes (I stood around taking quest notes for about half of it, and went hunting for the other half) and then your quest will automatically update.

2) Talk to Parr Chopley. Parr suspects maybe you were not really doing the task:

"You didn't just waste time doing errands or working on some craft or another, right?"

Still...he completes your quest for you!

3) After you speak with them and select "Finish Now", you get your coin reward, XP, and you will now be able to take the next quest, A Curious Number of Bears.
