Parr believes you that there is no boar meat to be found, so he is settling for bear meat, since there are certainly lots of bears waiting to be killed.

STEPS:



1) Collect 8 Choice Cuts of Bear-meat. Parr says to you:

"...there are a great number of bears throughout the hills of Tyrn Fornech, and especially at Nan Orngon to the east."

These Hardy Forest-shamblers (level 38) are common in the hills of Tyrn Fornech northeast of Ost Forod (6.6s, 62w).

2) Bring the Choice cuts to Parr Chopley.

3) After you speak with them and select "Finish Now", you get your coin reward, XP, and either Chopley's Hat, Chopley's Hands or Steak Tenderizer.
