General QuestMany in this town are against the tomb-robbers, and Rowena is no different. She wants you to take some out.
STEPS:
1) Defeat 8 Veteran Tomb-robbers. Defeat 8 Scouting Tomb-robbers. Rowena says to you:
"...perhaps you could venture north and west of Ost Forod into the hills to confront some of these outlaws? The tomb-robbers that prowl throughout Tyrn Fornech are tougher than those who inhabit Parth Aduial; these are veteran robbers and scouts who have adapted to a harsher life in the hills."
These mobs are fairly close to town. I got on the road that leads north from Ost Forod, and found some right away. They are roughly level 36-37, normal mobs (6.6s, 62.8w) and (6.1s, 62w).
2) Talk to Rowena Parker.
3) After you speak with them and select "Finish Now", you get your coin reward, XP, and Parker's Jacket.
