Trouble at Cirith Rhiw
General QuestStandish is no longer able to conduct trade, since some tomb-robbers are blocking the gate to the Snowmen of Forochel. She wants you to take down the captain in the hopes the rest of them will scatter.
STEPS:
1) Defeat tomb-robber captain at Cirith Rhiw. Standish tells you:
"Just follow the road north through Tyrn Fornech until you reach the gate at Cirith Rhiw."
These directions are good--take the north road out of town and keep on it. You'll see the Tomb-Robber Captain, a level 37 normal mob, at the top of the stairs, flanked by a Scouting Tomb-Robber on each side (3s, 63.7w). If you will have trouble with three mobs of this level at once, bring a friend!
2) Talk to Spring Standish.
3) After you speak with them and select "Finish Now", you get your coin reward, XP, and either Standish's Shoes or Reaper of Cirith Rhiw.
