Ballard Wilmer and the White Warg
General QuestBallard has had an encounter with some White Wargs, and he wants you to kill some.
STEPS:
1) Defeat 8 white Wargs. Ballard says to you:
"You'll find them all throughout Tyrn Fornech, but especially at the Duskencleft, north of Ost Forod."
I find it very difficult to navigate in mountainous terrain, but I did find some Ravenous and Flanking Twilight-Howlers (level 36-37) north of town in Tyrn Fornech (5.3s, 64.7w). Watch out for the sneaky Flanking ones--they can be invisible.
2) Talk to Ballard Wilmer.
3) After you speak with them and select "Finish Now", you get your coin reward, XP, and White-Warg Hunter.
