General Quest

Calenthon is disturbed by the alliance the wights seem to have with the Hillmen, and he wants you to find something that will give him more information about it.

STEPS:

1) Collect a token from the Hillmen of Rhudaur. Calenthon says to you:

"Defeat the Hillmen throughout Nan Tornaeth. You will find them especially to the northeast, near the ruins of Minas Ciliant and those on Amon Varadh. One of the Hillmen may have an artifact of some kind that will bring their connexion to the wights to light."

Go back to the same area to find level 38 Corcur Skirmishers to kill and search for tokens, as well as further into the area. I got my update from one in Minas Ciliant (26.9s, 14.9w). You found a specific token.

2) Bring Gurdring's emblem to Calenthon.

3) After you speak with them and select "Finish Now", you get your coin reward, XP, and you will now be able to take the next quest, Master of the Risen.
