General QuestIivari wants you to bring something to the dwarves who they are allied with.
STEPS:
1) Bring Iivari's herb satchel to Quartermaster Orgrin. Iivari tells you:
"One last thing I ask--take this to Othrikar, the dwarf-mines northwest of here, and give it to Quartermaster Orgrin."
Make your way around the mountain to get to Othrikar, where you'll find the Quartermaster waiting just after you enter the town (6.9s, 44.8w).
2) After you speak with them and select "Finish Now", you get your coin reward, XP, and either Othronn or Orgrin's Mace.
