Danger Among the Dunes

General Quest

Rudbessain wants to keep her stock up, but part of the route she travels to procure items is infested with critters. You will be clearing some out.

STEPS:

1) Defeat 5 sand-lurkers. Rudbessain tells you:

"You will find many of the creatures near Lithost, on the banks of the Brandywine. Lithost is on the other side of the river and slightly south of Barad Thasir, if you are familiar with those ruins."

I am not familiar with those ruins, though the sand-lurkers you need are in Barandalf, southeast of Tinnudir. Take the bridge out of town, and then you can take the road to the High Kings Crossing bridge, though note that there will be a variety of creatures on the roads, ready to attack you!

After crossing the bridge, continue following the road (which is safer on this side) until you reach the sandy area. You won't have any trouble finding Creeping and Grasping Sand-lurkers, level 30-31 (17.1s, 61.8w).

2) Talk to Rudbessain.

3) After you speak with them and select "Finish Now", you get your coin reward, XP, and Sand-lurker Stalker.
