General QuestBelco has run out of feed and wants you to pick up a sack for him.
STEPS:
1) Pick up the sack of feed. Belco says "The sack of feed can be found on the Grange north of Hobbiton." Take the road north out of Tookland, heading toward Hobbiton. Very shortly after you pass the Bywater Bridge, you will see a dirt path to the north and a bit east; this leads to the Grange. The Sack of Feed to be picked up is on the ground at (30.5s, 71.4w). As soon as you pick it up, a timer starts.
2) Take the sack of feed to Belco in Tookland by heading straight north along the road. Don't dally!
3) As soon as you get within a close range of Belco, your quest completes, you get your coin reward, XP, 3 Lesser Celebrant Salves, and you will now be able to take the next quest, Belco's Writ.
