General QuestImyl alerts you that "any who wear the signet of Rhudaur are not welcome in our lands," and that he will "look favourably upon you" if you bring him these signets.
STEPS:
1) Bring 10 signets of Rhudaur to Imyl at Rivendell. Do this the same as you did for the introduction quest.
2)After you speak with them and select "Finish Now", you will enjoy Increased Standing with the Elves of Rivendell (+300), and you will now be able this quest again, for as many times as you want!
