Riddle-Finder, The

General Quest

Bilbo says that Lindir has a riddle for you now.

STEPS:

1) Talk to Lindir. He tells you:

"Breath is needed
Warning heeded
Some will arrive
With sword and knife
My work is completed
Til once more I'm needed."

2) Find the answer to Lindir's riddle somewhere in Imladris. This time, I do not have a guess. There was nothing glowing at the stables, so I looked for a questy ring on my radar. After searching the town for what seemed like an age, I came across Boromir in the Rivendell Valley, wandering the area just before the road to the Misty Mountains begins, near the Guardian trainer (28.1s, 5.5w). He tells you:

"This is the badge of my position, as the Steward's heir. As you can see it shows a horn above the White Tree of Gondor. I daresay that Elf-loremaster will be satisfied with this token."

Select "Continue Quest" to get to the next step.

3) Bring Boromir's badge to Lindir to answer his riddle.

4) After you select "Finish Now", you get XP, either Lindir's Gauntlets or 3 Refined Essences of Athelas, and you will now be able to take the next quest, The Riddle-Seeker.
