General QuestShirriff Robin, inside the Ivy Bush Inn in Hobbiton-Bywater, thinks you should speak with Bounder Chubb to see if he has any work for you.
STEPS:
1) Talk to the Bounder Chubb. You'll find him standing at the entrance to Needlehole, which is northwest of Hobbiton, through the Rushock Bog (28.2s, 75.8w).
2) After you speak with him and select "Finish Now", you get your coin reward, XP, and Chubb's Helmet or 3 Cooked Carrots.
