Crafting: Tailor QuestAfter achieving 200/200 crafting points in the tailor profession, you can talk to any tailor trainer to begin this quest.
Talk to Carver Greenlake
Carver Greenlake (26.4S, 53.7W) is at Thornley's Work Site, north of Bree. The worksite is just off of the main road and is easily visible as there is a windmill, bridge, and various other construction projects.
Once in the camp, find Carver Greenlake and speak with him, which is the only quest objective. After the quest is complete, you will be rewarded with the title: Apprentice Tailor, and you will receive a passive skill: Craft Tailor Complete Proficiency Tier 1.
