STEPS:
1) Talk to Rollo Boffin. "Rollo lives in Woodhall, east of Tuckborough on the Stock Road." Follow the road east out of Tookland, and stay on it through Green Hill Country. You will come to a signpost, turn north towards Woodhall. Rollo is at the first house on the left (33.4s, 65.7w).
2) After you speak with him and select "Finish Now", you get your XP, and you will now be able to take the next quest, Longo's Missing Waggon.
