STEPS:

1) Talk to Gerebert Took, who is just inside Esilia's house (33s, 71.1w). Gerebert gives you his tale of pipe-weed and woe, and wants you to warn Tain Paladin Took II about the robed man.

2) Talk to Thain Paladin Took II, in the Great Smials tavern in town (33.6s, 71.1w).

3) After you speak with him and select "Finish Now", you get your coin reward, XP, and Paladin's Earring, Paladin's Bracelet, Paladin's Hat, Paladin's Shoulders, Paladin's Club or Sturdy Took Dagger.
